What's On – School Cycle Training
Coming to a school near you!
This year we will be visiting Camborne Secondary School and Mounts Bay School, providing cycle training for nearly 100 students. Students will have the opportunity to be trained up to level 2 of the national standards ‘Bikeability’ cycle training course, giving them the skills and confidence to cycle on the road.
We will also be visiting a number of primary schools in the county giving students the opportunity to be trained up to level 1 of Bikeability.
What is Bikeability?
Bikeability is the modern day Cycling Proficiency Test, designed to give young people the skills and confidence to ride their bikes on today's roads. There are three levels of Bikeability allowing young people to develop and progress their cycling skills.
