  • Group numbers limited – arrive early to avoid disappointment!
  • Or pick up a route flyer on the day and try it yourself!
  • Easy routes, mainly off road
  • Bring your own bike
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult

New this year!

Come along to either the Penzance or the Truro roadshow and join in one of the guided rides led by the Cornish cycling project Mobilise! Just remember to bring a bike!

From Lemon Quay, Truro, enjoy a ride along the picturesque former Newham railway line. Or trace the old Saints Way along the Mounts Bay seafront from the Harbour car park, Penzance.

Both routes are gentle, easy paced rides suitable for all the family – although children should be accompanied by an adult.

Whilst the Penzance ride is exclusively off-road, the Truro ride does involve some on-road sections where extra care should be taken. Also, although you can use any type of bike, bikes with larger tyres such as mountain bikes or hybrids will cope better with off-road sections.

The rides will start at 2pm but group numbers will be limited so make sure you arrive early to avoid disappointment. Or if you would prefer to do the ride under your own steam pick up a route flyer from the roadshow team on the day.
